Honest folks. No lies, misadvertisement or obfuscation. What you see on website is what you get, no 'safety fee', 'paperwork fee', 'registration fee', 'factory installed non-removable options' and other tricks sooooo many dealers guilty of. Alan, Mario and others deserve 6 starts if I can give them. Enjoying my Kawasaki and will see them next time I need anything with a motor and wheels.
I recently purchased a Polaris RZR Pro XP Premium and absolutely love it. The sales staff (Mario Lyrette) was extremely helpful and patient because it was my first time buying a side by side so there were a lot of questions and phone calls. The finance department (Kim) was also very help. I highly recommend going to Moto Gatineau. I would have given more than five stars but there is only five available. Thanks to Kim Cashman I was able to purchase my New Yamaha MT10, this bike was unbelievably difficult to locate as stock was limited, Nothing available locally, I made a 10 + hour trip out to Gatineau and happily drove 10 hours back home with my New bike on my trailer, My only complaint is not with them but with Montreal traffic đ«Ł đ. I have owned the bike a month now and enjoying every minute of it, Thanks again to Kim and the rest of the staff !!
Wow. Tried to overcharge me for a repair that I told I didn't want and they try to charge me.
The place is understaffed. Never answered the phone and couldn't make an appointment for over a month an a half. The people seemed nice though. If you need something fixed you best look elsewhere.
Just bought a new Suzuki here from Mario, excellent service over the phone, email and in perso. Bike was ready when promised Highly recommend Moto Gatineau
Thanks to Allen and his questionable sales ethics this was almost one of the worst experiences. After purchasing a Kawasaki mule over the phone and being told it would be ready for pick the following day and placing a $1000 deposit Allen went on to dodge me and not communicate and move the date for over 3 weeks.
Zero Communication.
I ended up canceling the sale and going elsewhere.
Let me say this. If it was this difficult to purchase something in the form of a full cash deal (zero financing) than I would not want to see how insane it would be to get any service/support/warranty work done.
Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.
They are supposed to be selling fun, they are not succeeding.
Read the reviews before choosing to spend money here. I wish I did. I seldom give a negative review but feel I would be doing a disservice to others if I didn't. I would drive 4 hours to Toronto next time I require service on my machine instead of returning here. I brought 2017 kawasaki ultra 310lx in for service May 17th and got it back July 28th. I get the whole covid thing, and I work in a service oriented business in Ottawa. At the very least we keep our customers updated. Here, my calls were rarely answered and seldom returned. When I finally did get a call telling me the parts were all in and it would be fixed and ready in a week, a week later I called back to arrange to pick it up to be told it hadn't been started. Unbelievably bad communication. I felt like I was a complete in convenience the entire time, right down to paying . When I did get it home and started cleaning it I noticed the decals on the bottom left were now stained and ruined. I assume because it sat there for two months with water lying at the foot rest and no one could be bothered to drain it. Extremely disappointing experience.
